QuoScript Returns Policy

Can I return my book(s) after I have received them?

General Returns:  If you would like to return your item to us you must do so within 30 days. Unfortunately, after 30 days we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.

You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us, unless you received it in error or the item is faulty. When returning an item to us we recommend that you get a proof of posting.

We will not be able to refund any item we did not receive.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the item(s) being returned are unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We cannot refund you if your book shows obvious signs of use and is not in its original condition.

We cannot refund you if your book is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

How do I return a faulty item or an item I did not order?

If you have received a damaged/defective item and wish to return it please email us at books@quoscript.co.uk before returning the item. Include a description of the damage with a photo in your email.  Please notify us within two days of receiving the damaged goods where reasonably possible. Please do not return the book to us until our customer services department have been in contact with you. They will be in contact within 24 hours of receipt of your email, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Exchanges:  We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at books@quoscript.co.uk.

 

How to complete your return

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your book back to the printer.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, our customer service team will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item along with a notification of approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within seven working days. Please note that banks and credit cards do take varying amounts of time for the credit to appear on your account.

If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

Returns Address
To return your product, you should send your product to:

QuoScript, Workshops 1 & 2, Park Farm, Park Lane, Paulerspury, Towcester, Northants NN12 7NG.

Please remember to include your original proof of purchase and reason for return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item you should consider using a trackable shipping service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Which countries/regions do you deliver to?

We deliver worldwide but if your location does not appear in the shopping cart please contact us for a shipping cost.

Deliveries may also be impacted in some countries due to Coronavirus.

Please note that you are responsible for any applicable sales tax, VAT or similar taxes.

We do not delivery to PO Boxes.

Will my order arrive together?

We do try to deliver items you order together; however, we may split your order if we think this is more efficient and will avoid delaying your order.

 

UK Shipping Options

Standard

  • Delivery to most UK addresses by the 5th working business day
  • Shipments are not trackable or insurable
  • Max shipment weight 2KG

European Shipping Methods

Standard

  • Suitable for all small parcels
  • Delivery to most addresses in the EU within 5-7 business days
  • Shipments are not trackable or insurable
  • If you require expedited delivery please contact us for a shipping price before placing your order.

 

Rest of World Shipping Methods (excluding USA)

Standard

  • Suitable for all parcel sizes
  • Trackable delivery to nearly 200 countries within 7-10 business days
  • If you require expedited delivery please contact us for a shipping price before placing your order.

Please note: Remote Area Surcharges may be levied by our carriers and you will be informed of any additional charges before the item is despatched to you.

 

USA & Canada Shipping Methods

Standard

  • Delivery to all 50 states, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands in approximately 7 to 10 business days of shipment date.
  • PO. Boxes and Military Addresses can be used as a Ship To Address.
  • Shipments are not trackable.
  • If you require expedited delivery please contact us for a shipping price before placing your order.
  • Not recommended for carton shipments.
  • Shipment are non-trackable and can not be insured
